Miracle Movers will continue to provide our customers with full commercial and residential, moving and storage, packing and unpacking, plastic crates rental, local/long distance and cross-border moving services.
While we take all necessary precautions to sustain our services to the community and serve Canadians for as long as possible within the established legal frameworks, we would like to advise our customers of Miracle Movers probable actions in the event of a worst-case scenario. If the COVID-19 pandemic takes a turn for the worse, as a responsible business – with the safety and health of our customers and employees being number one priority – we may find ourselves in the position where we need to suspend, reschedule or cancel moves due to:
- Being short-staffed
- Having sound reasons to be worried for the safety of our employees
- Additional restrictions imposed by the local/federal authorities
Regardless of whose initiative is to cancel the move – either customer’s or ours – Miracle Movers will refund all deposits paid in advance to secure the move dates.
We ask that our customers continue to make us aware when they suspect or have grounds to believe that our employees – drivers and movers working in the field – are in danger of contamination with the novel coronavirus. At the same time, we will persist in taking aggressive measures to prevent the introduction of COVID-19 to our facilities.
