COVID-19 Customer Advisory

Miracle Movers is equally concerned about the spread of coronavirus both in our community and during every step of the moving process. Our number one priority now is the safety of our customers and employees. We have to protect our customers, our crews and coworkers and be especially mindful of the vulnerable members of our community – the elderly and those with health deficiencies that make them more susceptible to viruses.

At this time, all of our locations are open and operational. If disruptions in our operations occur, we will inform you with as early notice as possible. We will work with you to identify alternate moving plans.

Either at the office, in our trucks, or at the customer’s residence or worksite, we are constantly monitoring the risks faced by our moving crews and staff and have put in place precautionary measures to mitigate the risks associated with coronavirus. Please consult our public article available here on measures implemented daily by our safety and field managers.

In return, we require and expect that all our existing and future customers, scheduled or planning to move with Miracle Movers, to call our office prior to the move date and inform us if you have been in contact with a person supposedly infected with coronavirus or if at least one of the following conditions are observed:

  • fever
  • cough
  • difficulty breathing

Your cooperation, understanding, and responsibility is highly appreciated!

Our moving consultants will be instructed to make a friendly inquiry over the phone about your medical condition during the final confirmation calls conducted 2 days prior to your moving date with Miracle Movers.

We will continue to monitor this extremely serious situation and follow strictly all advisory changes made by the official public health and government agencies. Most of all, we will continue to work with you to ensure all your moving needs are met.
